Haqooq-e-Insaniyat Social Welfare Organization (HISWO) has 10 years’ experience of public services as a volunteer-led body that maintains a unique bridge of friendship and co-operation between public and government issues like, education, health, open risky main holes, grange water, help to poor families, working in students circle and awareness about losses of eating supari, gutka and smoking of cigarettes.
Legal Status: Haqooq-e-Insaniyat Social Welfare Organization registered with the Directorate Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies under (Registration and control) Ordinance 1961(XLVI of 1961), Government of Sindh, Pakistan.
Haqooq-e-Insaniyat has developed its own comprehensive and approved HR & Financial policy which is enclosed.
Haqooq-e-Insaniyat has developed Thematic Programme approaches in Community mobilization community participation Companies, Areas, Schools for monitoring and motivation to avoid Gutka, Supari and Cigarettes.
Haqooq-e-Insaniyat has a governing structure and management processes i.e. human resources and financial resources and administration. Governance and management structures maintains values, transparency, responsiveness, accountability, representative, institutionalization, participatory approach.
Haqooq-e-Insaniyat is legally registered and has a constitution as well. It has publicly declared their affiliations, institutional relationships, sources of funding.
Haqooq-e-Insaniyat: Regular elections held for selection of Executive Committee, regular audit and administrative policies/procedures are documented applied by management consistently.
Haqooq-e-Insaniyat develops and uses written work plans for planning and monitoring progress by involving Chairman and Elected Members.
Gender equity. Women are equitably represented in decision making position in EC and management staff.
To develop communication channels with State, Public Institutions, Political Parties, Judiciary and media involves a wide range of stakeholders. It creates a space for meaningful, inclusive dialogue.

The aims and objectives of the organization shall be as follows: To deliver an efficient and effective program which is responsive to the development needs of the communities.

To educate people of all ages, gender, race, ethnicity, creed and religion about avoid Gutka, Supari and Cigarettes.
To intervene gender mainstreaming basic education, health, livelihood and human rights for most vulnerable communities of Pakistan.
To empower women and youth by building their capacity and involving them in development processing as well as income generating activities.
To develop volunteer groups and community activists/volunteers/community based organization.
To improve health status of communities, especially women, children and disable persons.
To improve basic education activities in particular rural and urban areas of the country specially for students.
To Killings of risky and mad dogs in Karachi, Hyderabad, Thatta and provide medicines and necessary treatment of their victims.
