The School is located on three sites. The original school in Saddar, the heart of the city of Karachi, is listed as a heritage building and now houses Classes VII, VIII and IX. At Clifton, not far from the sea front, in a building opened in 1991, we teach children from Nursery to Class VI. Our newest premises, opened in 1999, houses our O and A-level students.
The School is entirely independent, receiving no grant from the government or any other source, and is controlled by a Board of Governors registered as a Society under the Societies Registration Act of 1860.
The School is managed by a Board of Governors.
The Principal of the School is Secretary to the Board and executes the decisions of the Board.
There are three Heads of Section who each take charge of one of the three major divisions of the School, i.e. Kindergarten & Junior(Nursery to Class VI), Middle(Class VII to IX) and College(Class X to A-level).
There is also a Director of Studies who works closely with the Principal and Heads of Sections to ensure the curriculum is vertically and horizontally articulated throughout the whole school.
The Principal chairs the Senior Leadership Team which is made up of The Principal, The Heads of Sections and The Director of Studies.
In each section there are Assistant HMs and a Senior Master of College Section, who collectively make up the Internal Management Team together with the Principal, Heads of Sections and Director of Studies.
The Central Administration, headed by the Business Manager, deals with security, finance, maintenance, IT, purchase and special projects.
